Pragolod AC 200
liquid agent to cut down undesired release of acid aerosols from the pickling baths with degreasing performance

A liquid agent capable of cutting down undesired release of acid aerosols from the pickling baths. Owing to the surfactants content in the agent, it is of a very good degreasing performance and, together with pickling, there is a possibility of integration of two technological operations (pickling and degreasing) in one bath. It may operate in the pickling baths based on hydrochloric, sulphuric and phosphoric acids, the occupational environment in the pickling shops being improved substantially.

Pragolod AC 202
acid-based corrosion inhibitor for pickling of steel, cast iron and aluminium and its alloys

Pragolod AC 202
acid-based corrosion inhibitor for pickling of steel, cast iron and aluminium and its alloys

Pragolod AC 202 is a liquid pickling inhibitor of steel, cast iron and aluminium and its alloys. It is a blend of pickling inhibitors, non-ionic surfactants and complex-forming substances and should be especially used as an inhibition additive into non-oxidizing inorganic acids-based pickling baths made of hydrochloric, sulphuric or phosphoric acids or, alternatively, of organic acids and their mixtures. The agent is very efficient in the inhibition of ferrous surfaces and aluminium alloys and, to a lesser extent, of zinc and other metals. It strongly impedes the hydrogen embrittlement process of ferrous substrates and makes the surface treated more grained- refined. It should be used in the pickling acids, after prior degreasing process in alkaline, acid or surfactant-based agents, in particular before galvanizing, plating or painting. The inhibition efficiency of Pragolod AC 202, i.e. the reduction of the steel substrate dissolution in its baths, is by 90 – 99% depending on its concentration and composition of the treated steel or cast iron. To accomplish the combined degreasing effect in the inhibited acid pickling baths, the pickling surfactants Pragolod AC 200, Pragolod AC 205 or Pragolod 450 may be added.

Pragolod AC 205
liquid agent to cut down undesired release of acid aerosols from the pickling baths with very good degreasing performance

Pragolod AC 205
liquid agent to cut down undesired release of acid aerosols from the pickling baths with very good degreasing performance

A liquid agent capable of cutting down undesired release of acid aerosols from the pickling baths. Owing to the surfactants content in the agent, it is of a very good degreasing performance and, together with pickling, there is a possibility of integration of two technological operations (pickling and degreasing) in one bath. It shows a mild corrosion inhibition effect on both steel and copper alloys, brings down the possibility of hydrogen embrittlement of steel substrates and makes the surface pickled more uniform with a resulted finer finish. It may operate in the pickling baths based on hydrochloric, sulphuric and phosphoric acids, the occupational environment in the pickling shops being improved substantially.

Pragolod AC 225
liquid agent preventing a spontaneous decomposition of hydrogen peroxide

Pragolod AC 225
liquid agent preventing a spontaneous decomposition of hydrogen peroxide

A liquid agent which prevents a spontaneous decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the baths for polishing of copper and its alloys. Pragolod AC 225 will cut down the release of fumes from the hydrogen peroxide-based pickling baths significantly and, that is why, improve the working hygiene in pickling shops and add to a cleaner environment as well. It should be employed as an additive to the pickling baths before painting, electroplating and other surface treatment operations.

Pragolod AC 226
liquid agent preventing a spontaneous decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the baths for polishing of copper and its alloys

Pragolod AC 226
liquid agent preventing a spontaneous decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the baths for polishing of copper and its alloys

A liquid agent which prevents a spontaneous decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the baths for polishing of copper and its alloys. It contains increased concentration of efficient surfactants and stabilizing agents. It should be employed as an additive to the pickling and polishing baths on the basis of both sulphuric acid and hydrogen peroxide before painting, electroplating and other surface treatment operations. Pragolod AC 226 is capable to restrain release of fumes from the pickling baths with hydrogen peroxide substantially and, consequently, improves working hygiene and adds to a better environment in the pickling shops.
